Giám Sát Tạp Vụ (Housekeeping Supervisor)

In accordance with the vision, mission and values of Twin Doves Golf, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for providing a quality housekeeping service which meets the personal needs of residents.

Job purpose of Housekeeping supervisor is to assist the Admin Manager in the Club House facilities in a clean and sanitary condition for the safety and security of our guests and team members.


1.Planning, organizing and managing Housekeeping department, to be responsible for the cleanliness of Lockers, Guest rooms, Public areas Linen.

2.Conducting training, where required, on the use of chemicals, cleaning tools proper methods of cleaning.

3.Updating new useful chemicals for saving cost.

4.Directing and inspecting daily, weekly, monthly working schedule to staffs.

5.Disseminating to supervisors to implementing professional program, regulation and supervising execution.

6.Supervising and estimating working attitudes and working manner of Supervisor as well as under command staffs to ensure the service quality.

7.Inspecting regularly to ensure the best condition in sanitary, order and convenient in Guest lockers.

8.Supervising condition of facilities, tools, materials, chemicals and promoting for changing, repairing, supply as requirement of department.

9.Checking books frequently and ensuring all detail completed in accordance with proper procedure.

10.Planning periodic professional training program. Searching staff’s weak point to have solution and training program.

11.Making periodic synthetic report about personnel and activities of Department.

12.Meeting and reminding staff to observe the company disciplines. Deal with and recommending disciplinary measures, where required.

13.Supervising materials in stock regularly. Reporting the use of materials such as chemicals, tools, etc.

14.Make the plan of purchase and keeping the minimum quantity of materials in stock.

15.Combining with other Departments to handle requirements and complain from guests.

16.Other duties assigned by Head Department
